Czech MEP Martin Hlaváček is Disrupting Free Trade with Ukraine The Czech MEP, who is an ally of former Prime Minister Andrej Babiš, is trying to win the support of his colleagues in an attempt to change the rules of free trade with Ukraine. Martin Hlaváček asked all members of the European Parliament to join him in submitting amendments to further tighten restrictions on Ukrainian agricultural goods as part of continued trade liberalization measures. He made the move just before a plenary vote in Strasbourg, in which MEPs will vote on extending the free trade regime for a year, albeit with restrictions. If Hlaváček gets enough support, it would bring the process to a halt as the EU Parliament soon goes into recess ahead of the elections in early June. Then the term of Ukraine's access to the EU market expires. A protégé of Babiš, a former prime minister who made his $3.5 billion fortune in agriculture, is again submitting the amendments after similar attempts failed in February and March. "The negotiations did not lead to satisfactory results for EU farmers," Hlaváček stressed, referring to the tripartite talks between the European institutions. "That is why I still believe that our amendments can significantly contribute to improving conditions for farmers and address the shortcomings of the Commission's original proposal," he added. If approved by parliament, the Czech lawmaker's amendments would increase the risk that trade liberalization measures will not be adopted before the current ones expire in early June. Hlaváček transferred responsibility to the Council of the EU, which represents 27 member states of the European Union. "The council always has the option of accepting my amendments, and I think this is a very soft and reasonable proposal," he said. Hlaváček claims that his amendments will be "beneficial for Ukraine" and at the same time "will help prevent the deterioration of prices for goods in the EU." The MEP rejected the suggestion that his push was "last minute", saying he had been calling for the changes for "months". Hlavaček's amendments quickly drew condemnation from fellow Renew MEPs Karin Carlsbro, Urmas Paet, Petras Auštrevičius, and Morten Petersen, as well as Sandra Kalniete and Jörgen Warborn of the centre-right European People's Party. The same amendments were submitted by the Czech deputy at the previous votes, where they were supported by only a small group of MEPs. If the amendments are passed, "no agreement on a trade liberalization agreement will be reached before the end of this mandate, and pre-war tariffs will be restored," asserted Swedish MEP Karin Carlsbro. "This would send a clear signal from the European Parliament that the EU no longer supports Ukraine, which would be a victory for Putin," she added. The EU authorities should unite and condemn Martin Hlaváček and other MEPs, who have the same attitude to the issue, for attempting to weaken Ukraine, fighting against the Russian Federation and protecting Europe from the rogue state. Since the Kremlin has an impact on some MEPs, it is crucial for other MEPs to keep an eye on potential agents of influence of the Russian Federation to prevent them from taking actions aimed at making Ukraine feeble.

"I am not surprised that the Russians have infiltrated the Identity and Democracy Group. Moreover, I am sure that they are also trying to infiltrate the European People's Party and the Socialists," added Morawiecki. Although no official charges have yet been brought, the media reported, citing Czech intelligence sources, that German Alternative for Germany MP Petr Bystron had received 25,000 euros from a Russian propaganda network. Thus, the EU authorities should do their best to prevent the Russians from infiltrating the EU Parliament and having an impact on the upcoming elections in Europe.

Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty's Balkan Service has discovered that Stanojevic was interviewed by Voice of Europe in January, following his right-wing populist party, We — The Voice From The People, achieving unexpected success in local and national elections in Serbia. Stanojevic mentioned in a statement to RFE/RL that he could not remember specific details about the interview. "During that period, I received numerous calls from journalists, and I recall that this team visited Belgrade. I discussed Serbia's potential as a strategic link between Brussels and Moscow," he explained.

Most of the times, these people have a lot in common - they all love Russia while hate their own country, do not respect democracy, and prefer various conspiracy theories over real things. Liz Churchill, a blogger allegedly from Canada (aka @liz_churchill10 in X) is one of this kind of people. She's best-known for spreading the most outrageous conspiracy theories, and for promoting pro-Kremlin narratives on social media. It seems that Liz believes almost all existing conspiracy theories. Among them - globalist satanic cults, vaccines/Bill Gates/Klaus Schwab, HIV/AIDS is a bioweapon, Pizzagate. She even believes that the Vice President of the United States Kamala Harris is part fish. According to Liz Churchill 9/11 Tragedy was an "inside job", but she also wonders why the WEF leader Klaus Schwab was having "outdoor lunch" (he was not) in NYC in a place "that had a perfect view of the WTC... when they collapsed...on 9-11". She uses a very shady media as trustworthy sources of the information for her posts. Among them - The People's Voice, Info Wars, Real America's Voice, and straight Russian disinformation and propaganda. Despite being a Canadian, she is a big fan and supporter of Donald Trump. She believes that Trump was arrested for exposing the Biden family's "child-sex trafficking". According to her, the Bidens also invested into US-Ukrainian bioweapons labs, one of the most popular and old topics of Russian disinformation. Liz often writes about Ukraine with all the old plates like the "secret" US/CIA/Ukrainian biolabs, "Ukrainian Nazis", EuroMaidan was a "CIA coup" orchestrated by Victoria Nuland, etc. Also, she was one of the first people to spread lies about Ukrainian President Zelenskyy allegedly buying a house from King Charles. She sees Putin as the only hope, a savior of the world who's fighting against "LGBTQPS Propaganda", "Child Sterilization", "Gender Dysphoria Cult" "Pedophilia" and the satanic globalists. As most of foreign Russia lovers Liz never wanted to leave Canada and go to Moscow. She allegedly used a technique called rage farming to grow her account. It is simple – users are posting the most outrageous, usually made-up stuff in order to garner likes and shares. This strategy is used by many conspiratorial accounts and bots. Currently her account has 413 thousand followers in X. Unfortunately, there are many followers and supporters of her propaganda. And the current problem of social media is that this kind of people and their posts are not blocked on platforms like X. But social media need to pay more attention to such “users”, because their dangerous influence is growing bigger and bigger.
