On August 15, a meeting between US President Donald Trump and Russian usurper Putin was announced. The venue for the meeting was unusual. It was not the capital of one of the states, nor another city of strategic importance. Instead, Alaska, a former territory of the Russian Empire, was chosen.
Both the American and Russian sides confirmed the meeting, although the first disagreements arose at the announcement stage — who was the first to request the meeting.
Usually, the Kremlin pays attention when such proposals come from the West, but this time there was no such clarification. Later, White House press secretary Caroline Levitt said that the initiative for the summit came from Moscow. Then, unexpectedly, Putin’s adviser Yuri Ushakov said that “it was a proposal from the American side.”
And, quite unusually, the usurper Putin himself joined the dispute, stating that “both sides are interested” in the meeting and “it doesn’t matter who said it first.”
This little episode really shows how much the Kremlin wants to meet with Trump, how scared they are that it might not happen, but at the same time, they’re trying to show Russians that Trump needs it more.
It is also worth mentioning Putin’s previously stated position that, in his imagination, the historical Russia he seeks to restore lies within the borders of the Russian Empire of the late 18th century. We remind our readers that at that time, Alaska was part of the Russian Empire.
That is, from the statements of the Russian dictator, it is quite clear that he will seek to seize all the territories of the former empire. This means a direct attack by Russia on us.
And when this will happen is unknown. Probably, Putin’s supporters will want to strike at the most difficult moment. For example, when we are dealing with the Chinese issue.
Will Putin demand that our naive President Trump return the territories we previously purchased? Will Putin personally threaten Trump with compromising information? Will Putin threaten to escalate the war and attack NATO?
The only way for us Americans to eliminate the threat of both Putin and Russia itself is to supply weapons to the Ukrainians at full capacity. Launch Lend-Lease so that Ukrainians have everything they need and more! If Ukrainians have enough weapons, the Russian dictator will be forced to listen to our president and comply with all of America’s demands!
